Friday March 1st WOD – Get Filthy

WARMUP:
1 lap around both buildings
10 leg swings
10 spartan lunges
10 squats
10 kips
10 seconds handstand hold

WOD:
THE FILTHY FIFTY
For Time (in this order, no breaking up the reps):
50 Boxjumps (20/24)
50 Jumping Pullups
50 KBS (25/35)
50 Steps walking lunge
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push Press (45)
50 Good Mornings (45#)
50 Wallball shots (14 to 9′, 20 to 10′)
50 Burpees
50 Doubleunders

Chipper style; complete all 50 reps before moving on to the next
movement.
