WARMUP – do this at an appropriate time, i.e. if you’re in heat three,
don’t warm up before Heat 1.
30 Doubleunders
10 leg swings
10 spartan lunges
10 squats (slow)
Supercouch and/or flossing
A few (2-3) reps below WOD weight
A few (2-3) reps at WOD weight

10 Min AMRAP
5 Shoulder to overhead (75/115)
10 Deadlift (75/115)
15 Boxjumps (20″/24″)

    • I started the Paleo Challenge off with a BANG. I was probably 95% Paleo for the first 3 weeks. Then my birthday happened and I slipped and went out for a couple drinks and splurged on Mexican Food (the Paleo Devil Food). I tend to keep it pretty much paleo throughout the week with the exception of some crystal light iced tea and the like. But the weekends are the hardest to stay regimented. All in all, I feel better than I have in a VERY long time. I am excited to see how my times improve as I just timed myself yesterday on a mile run at the gym and I ran my first sub-10 minute mile in a REALLY long time. I started the challenge at 338.5 lbs and am currently weighing in at 310 (on my home scale that is). Good luck to everyone and I want to thank all the coaches for being so understanding with my need to scale workouts. Thank you to everyone for all of your help.
