WOD for Friday April 12th – Josh for Two

WARMUP
2x
1 lap around a building
30 double-unders
10 leg swings
10 PVC OHS
5 Pullups

WOD:
“Josh” for Two
Run 600m (Twice around both buildings)
21 OHS (65/95)
42 Pullups
15 OHS
30 Pullups
9 OHS
18 Pullups
Run 600m

The runs will be done by both team members; the OHS and Pullups can be
broken up between teammates however they want, with the exception of the
fact that each teammate must do at least ONE THIRD of the work for that
round.  (In other words, for the first round, each teammate must do at
least 7 OHS and 14 Pullups and so on.)
