10 sec HS hold

15 minutes to find your 1RM Clean and Jerk
– You may make as many attempts as you would like, but hold strictly to the 15 minute limit.

15 Thrusters (95/135)
1 lap around K
20 Thrusters (65/95)
2 laps around K
30 Thrusters (45/65)
4 laps around K

– You may of course scale; however, each subsequent set of Thrusters must be less than the previous. Set up your bars accordingly.
