WOD for Sunday May 11th – Curtis and some squats

WARMUP:
2x
30 Doubleunders
10 leg swings
10 spartan lunges
10 squats
5 pullups
5 dips

SWOD
Backsquat – 1 x 20
– If you were able to go all 20 last week, go up in weight

METCON:
10 MIN AMRAP of Curtis P Complexes (75/115). This consists of:
– Clean
– Lunge Left
– Lunge Right
– Push Press

The last time we did this one, it was a partner WOD with 65/95. Scale
accordingly.
