WOD for Tuesday May 14th

WARMUP:
2x
30 Doubleunders
10 Leg Swings
10 ground touches
10 Passthroughs
10 OHS with PVC
10 pullups
5 dips
10 sec HS hold
Burgener Warmup

SWOD:
15 Minutes to find 1RM FULL SQUAT Snatch

WOD:
10 Minutes HSPU Volume work
– Pick a number of HSPU you can do, in a row, WITHOUT reaching muscle
failure
– EMOM, you will do HSPU; start with the number you picked out. Your
goal is to do NO LESS than that many, minus two, EMOM for 10 minutes.

Example: I’ll be starting with 6 HSPU; I will of course attempt to do 6
EMOM; however, I CAN’T get less than 4, or I haven’t reached my goal.

(If you can only do one at a time, your number is one. Try to do one
every minute. If you have to stack multiple abmats under your head to
get to the right depth, do so.)
