10 spartan lunges
10 ground touches
10 frontsquats w/ pvc

WOD:
2013 Regionals WOD 5
21-15-9
Deadlifts (205/315)
Boxjumps (24/30)

Scale as needed. Note that the weights for the team competition are
185/275. (Same rep scheme and box height.)
