“The Bear Complex”

The Bear Complex consists of 5 barbell exercises performed back to back
without resting (do not drop the bar once you pick it up).  This workout
is made of 5 rounds, each round consisting of 7 circuits.

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push PressImage

You will do all five movements in a circuit without dropping the bar for
7 circuits. After the 7 circuits are complete, you are done with round
1.
