WOD for Tuesday, September 24th – Kinda Karen

We’ll meet at the Fred at 1145(ish).

A. Front Squat – 5 x 2 @ 90% 1RM

B. “Karen”

150 Wallballs for time (14/20).

For added “fun,” every time you drop the ball and/or pause for more than 2 seconds, do 100 double-unders.  Yes, we’ll talk about scaling.
