WOD for Thursday September 26th and T-shirts

First, the T-shirts for all stateside CF89ers ARE HERE. I’ll be at The Fred at 1130 tomorrow (Thursday). (For those who need to get me an address to send them to, email me or FB message me.)

A. Backsquat – 2 sets x 10 reps @ 65%

10 Frontsquat (95/135)
10 Boxjump (18/24)
At 2:00 in and every 3:00 after that, run 400m.  So, basically, at 2:00, 5:00, 8:00, 11:00, etc….run 400m. (Show up at 1145 to find out the route.)

Post load for A. and time for B. to comments.
