A. Push Press – work up to a tough 2, then do 3 sets x 2 reps at that weight
*This is without putting the bar down between the two reps
B. Push Press x 50 (85/135) – for time
*The goal is to touch the shoulders and go. If you pause for 2sec or more (or set the bar down)—-you must do 10 walking lunges with the bar in front rack position.
