1145. At The Fred.

A.  Front Sqt
5set x 1rep @ 95% 1RM

B. Amrap 10min
Thruster x10 (65/95)
HR Pushup x10
KBS x10 (55/70)

If you can’t do Rx on the KBS, at least go heavier than you are used to.  (One of the nice things about The Fred…LOTS of kettlebells from which to chose)
