WOD for Friday, October 4th

Due to other plans (my middle child’s birthday), I won’t be in to The Fred today. However, here’s a WOD for your enjoyment:

A. Push Jerk – work up to a tough 3 reps.  Then do 3 sets of 3 at that weight.  (Use the racks.)

B. 5 RFT: 
OHS x 15 (95/135)
Sled push 100′ (length of turf) (90/135)
Sled pull 100′ (90/135)

Also, CrossFit Sanford will be doing Barbells for Boobs on Saturday the 12th.  As part of Breast Cancer Awareness month, B4B raises money for Mammograms in Action, which provides Mammograms to women who cannot afford it themselves. Go here for more info on B4B: http://www.barbellsforboobs.org/
