WOD for Monday October 14th

So you might be wondering how, and when, and where you can get this work done With Fredrick closed (training holiday and all). 

Tucker Gym (in 82nd) is open.

There is also RedPoint…which, yes, you will have to pay to go to. However, RedPoint DOES follow the same programming (Proving Grounds). I’ll be there about 1300.

A. Squat Snatch – 2 sets of 10 reps @ 65% 

B. EMOM for 10 mins

3 Squat snatch (95/135)

5 ring dips
