WOD for Tuesday, November 5th

A. (0730ish at The Fred, if you can make it):
Front Squat 4 x 4 @ 80% 1RM

B. (1145 at The Fred):
Thruster x 9 (65/95)
Run 400m
Thruster x 9 (95/135)
Run 400m
Thruster x 9 (115/165)
(If you can’t go that heavy on the thrusters, make sure that you scale so that each set of 9 thrusters is heavier than the previous.)
