WOD for Thursday, November 14th

A. (0745 at the Fred): Backsquat 5 x 1 @ 95%

B. (1145 at the Fred)
3 RFT:
50 Wallball Shots (14/20 to 12′ – that’s to the pipe across the top of the black part of the wall)
400m run
(12 min time cap)

*Remember that it’s a bit chilly outside – dress so that you won’t completely freeze during the run.
