WOD for Friday, December 13th

A. (0745) Push press – work up to a tough 3, then 3 x 3 at that weight. (This should take no more than 20 minutes)

B. (1145) 
Row 500M
Muscle Up X 9
Row 1000M
MU x 7
Row 1500M
MU x 5

*The MU cannot be linked – come off the rings/bar after each one.
** Sub for MU is 1 CTB Pullup & 1 Ring Dip (or two bar dips)
