A. Back Squat – 5 set x 3 Rep @ 85% 1RM

B. Wall Ball x 50 (to 10/12′, 14/20)
Sled Pull x 400m with Moderate Weight (be able to walk, not sprint with it); 400m is about 11 trips on the turf)
Muscle Up x 20 (1 CTB Pullup + 1 ring dip)
Sled pull x 400m
Wallball x 50
