A) (0745ish at Tucker) Squat Snatch 5 sets of 3 reps at 85% 1RM
– If you don’t have a squat snatch yet, work on JUST THE BAR
– If you don’t catch it in the full squat (i.e. below parallel), ride it down into the full squat
B) 12 min AMRAP
40 Double Unders
7 Squat Snatch (95/135)
12 Boxjumps (24/30)
Scale as needed; the squat snatch MUST be exactly that – through the full squat. Don’t cheat yourself. (And if that means you’ve got to scale all the way down to just the bar…do that.)
