WOD for Friday, January 3rd AT TUCKER

Because everyone has a weird day tomorrow (like a 0900 show-up-and-leave) and because Part B is better suited for Tucker, we’ll be doing all of this AT TUCKER.  At about 0920ish, since that’s when I can get there.

A.) Strict Press: work up to a tough 3, then 3 sets of 3 reps at that weight.

B.) 15 Min AMRAP
