WOD for Tuesday, January 7th

Today will obviously be a little weird with the delayed start. Frederick is still open normal hours…I just spoke with the staff.  At any rate, get the work in when you can.  (I’m getting the morning session in at RedPoint, and due to training I’ll be in all day, I already know that I won’t be at the lunch WOD.)

A.) Backsquat 5 sets of 1 rep at 95%.  (If you’re feeling froggy, you can try for a new 1RM in the later sets.)

B.) 20 Min AMRAP
10 Wallballs (14/20…or as close as you can find at The Fred.)
2 Legless Rope climbs

Sub for legless rope climbs is 10 pullups (per round)
