WOD for Thursday, January 16th

I will be doing both A and B in the morning, starting about 0615/0630.

A.) Squat Clean 2 x 10 @ 65%

B.) Thruster x 21 (95/135)
Muscle Up x 12
Thruster x 15 (115/155)
Muscle Up x 12
Thruster x 9 (125/185)

This will work a little different on the time. You’re going to work for 3 minutes, then take a 1 minute rest, and then repeat (starting where you left off) until complete. Each 3 minute work section is a “round,” and your score is the number of rounds it takes to complete all of the work.
