I won’t be in for the morning session, but I will be at the Fred for B at lunch.

A.) Back Squat 2 sets x 10 Reps at 65%

B.) AMRAP 15 minutes
21-15-9
Wallball shots to 10′ (14/20) – Yes, I’ll bring my medballs
HSPU (to 3″ deficit) – Everyone bring your abmats

Getting all the way through the 21-15-9 is one round. Score is total number of rounds and partial rounds.
