WOD for Thursday, January 30th

Yeah, so…get the work in as you can. I’m not even sure of the on-post gym schedule, though they SHOULD be open at 1100.  I’ll be hitting RedPoint about 1000 to get these done. Message me if you’re interested in going.

A.) Strict Press: Work to a tough 2, then 3 sets of 2 at that weight.

B.) For Time
50 Wallball Shots (14/20 to 12′)
25 Burpee Box jump overs (24/30)
50 Wallball Shots 
25 Burpee Box Jump overs
50 Wallball Shots

Both feet must touch the top of the box on the way over.
