7 min AMRAP
20 Burpees to a target 6″ above your max standing reach
10 HSPU (3″ Deficit)
*Rest 5 min between rounds
So, yeah – you’re going to do this 7 min AMRAP three times, with 5 minutes between each round. This means that it will take 31 minutes to complete the WOD, hence the need to get it started quickly.
Please ask me how you should do your HSPU beforehand – i.e. hands on floor and head to ABMAT or hands on plates and head to abmat, etc.
