Push Press – Work up to a tough 3, then 3 x 3 at that weight

B.) 1145ish at the Fred

5 Shoulder to OH (140/205)*
16 TTB (Must be in sets of 4)
25 Boxjumps (24/30)

*Yup, take it from the ground/floor/platform
