First, I will not be in for the morning session. Stupid 12-miler. I’ll be in at lunch, but only to coach. Stupid 12-miler.

A.) Front Squat 5 x 4 @ 75%

B.) AMRAP 10 minutes
150 wallballs
Max Burpees to 6″ target.
Score = # burpees.
