30 OHS (65/95)
20 OHS (95/135)
10 OHS (110/135)
OHS x Max Reps (135/185)
*Don’t start scaling the weight until you CANNOT do that weight. In other words – men, if you can do it at 95, do it at 95. If you get to 135 and find that you CANNOT do it at that weight, scale down THEN. (And yes, if that means you have to stay at the same weight throughout, so be it.)
** Bar must be taken from the ground.
