WOD for Friday, February 21st


Last day of leave for me…will be hitting this up at RedPoint, early.  Get it in, people.

A.) Push Press – work up to a tough 3, then 3 x 3 at that weight.

B.) 12 Min AMRAP
10 Deadlift
8 Push Press
15 Burpees (to a target 6″ above your max two-handed standing reach)

*Each person uses one bar – Rx is 85/115. There should be NO reason to scale your weight; this is what you will see in the Open, STARTING ONE WEEK FROM TODAY! Are you registered yet?
