Whew…hope you all are comfortable with OHS and CTB pullups!

For today, though…

Run 6 x 400m 
AND
Row 2K 

Both at PR pace. Don’t let up.

(And for those thinking they should practice OHS and/or CTB pullups….fine. However, don’t over do it! You want to be fresh when you do it on Saturday.)
