A. Split Jerk 
1 set x 10 reps @ 65% (Tng) – make sure they are technically sound
2 set x 5 reps @ 70% 
3 set x 4 reps @ 75%

B. AMRAP 17 mins
“Nancy”
5 Rounds of:
– 400m Run
– 15 OHS (65/95)
Then Max sets of 4 TTB with remaining time (subbed for Rope ascents)
