A.) Squat Clean
1 set x 10 rep @ 65%
2 set x 5 rep @ 70%
3 set x 4 rep @ 75%
*Try to TnG these reps

B.) 3rnds
3min AMRAP
Burpees (to a target 6″ above max reach)
*Rest 60 seconds between rounds
Score is number of burpees in each round.
