WOD for Thursday, April 3rd

A.) (0745ish at the Fred): 
Front Squat
2 x 4 @ 75%
2 x 3 @ 80%
3 x 2 @ 85%
2 x 3 @ 80%

B.) (1145ish at the Fred):
Thruster ladder (singles)
Starting weight 105/155
Go up in increments of 5 (women) and 10 (men). 
(Yes, I do undersand how much pain that will be using kg plates.)
*Get at least 5 reps. If you fail before you get 5, drop to the last weight you got successfully and complete 5 singles at that weight.
