WOD for Monday, April 7th

First, I’m on leave (Daddy Day Care again this week), so my time will be hit and miss at the gym. I’ll most likely only be hitting the lunch sessions.

A.) Front Squat
1 x 5 @ 70%
2 x 4 @ 80%
2 x 3 @ 85%
3 x 2 @ 90%

B) 1130 at the Fred (and yes, this is different than the PG-programmed METCON):

1 min max doubleunders
1 min max alternating dumbbell snatch (35/50)
2 min max doubleunders
2 min max alt. db snatch
3 min max doubleunders
3 min max alt db snatch

Score = total doubleunders and total db snatch
