A.) Back Squat
1 x 3 @ 70%
2 x 3 @ 75%
2 x 4 @ 80%

B.) 12 Min AMRAP
20 Boxjumps (24/30)
20 Wallballs to 12′ (14/20)
10 HSPU (to 3″ deficit)
