WOD for Thursday, April 17th

A.) Front Squat
2 x 3 @ 80%
1 x 2 @ 85%
1 x 1 @ 90%
2 x 1 @ 95%

B.) (1145ish at the Fred…we’ll want to start this one pretty quickly)
30 DB Snatch (70/100)
10 Burpees (to a 6″ target)
20 DB Snatch
20 Burpees
10 DB Snatch
30 Burpees

*For the DB snatch, they are alternating. “1 rep” is 1 DB snatch PER ARM
**When warming up, work your way up on DB snatches. Do a heavy weight that make sense for you.
