Everyone see the Regionals Day 1 WODs?

A.) Deadllift:
Work up to a heavy 5, then 5 x 5 at that weight. If you’re feeling it, you can move up more…but it MUST be touch and go, with perfect form.

10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
