A.) (Won’t be in for this part…early start at work for me.)
Power Jerk (Youtube it if you’ve got a question)
Work up to a tough 3, then 3 x 3 at that weight.

B.) (I should be at the Fred no later than noon):
12 Min AMRAP
2 Power Cleans + 1 Jerk (110/155)
2 pistols (alternating)
4 Power Cleans + 1 Jerk
4 Pistols
6 Power Cleans + 1 Jerk
6 Pistols
…etc. until time runs out
