WOD for Monday, June 9th

Yes, Frederick Gym is still closed to the public until 0800. (Except Wednesday.) I won’t be in for the morning session today – childcare issues.

A.) Backsquat
1 x 4 @ 75%
2 x 3 @ 80%
3 x 3 @ 85%

B.) (Gonna try to start this right at 1200 at The Fred. Warm up beforehand!)
In 12 Mins:
15 Squat Clean and Jerk at 65/95
15 Squat Clean and Jerk at 95/135
15 Squat Clean and Jerk at 135/185
15 Squat Clean and Jerk at 155/225
Max Reps Squat Clean and Jerk at 185/275

*You may Squat Clean Thruster, Power Clean – Front Squat – S2OH, etc. Every rep must be taken from the ground, you must pass through the full front squat, and you must get the bar locked out overhead with feet underneath the hips.
