Welcome to the first day of Summer! (Well, tomorrow.) Of course, it’s been feeling hot enough to be August the last few days. (According to the National Weather Service, yesterday’s temperatures were officially classified as “Stupid.”) Drink water and stay safe out there, folks.

A.) Push Press:
Work up to a tough triple, then 3 x 3 at that weight.

B.) 21-15-9
Deadlifts (225/315)
Boxjumps (24/30)
