A.) Knock this one out when you can; I won’t be able to make it in this morning.
Backsquat
5 x 5 @ 80%

B.) (1145ish at the Fred)
4 RFT
10 KB C&J (35/53 – one KB in each hand)
40′ Front Rack walking lunge w KB’s
40′ HS walk
200m run

A good scale for the HS walk is 60 seconds of accumulated time in the HS position FACING the wall, and/or doing the same except doing 20 alternating shoulder touches.
