A.) (0745ish at Frederick Gym): Backsquat – 5 x7, same weight across all sets

B.) Bench Press – 10×3, increase weight each set

C.) (1145ish at Fred):
3RFT:
20 Burpee Pullups
20 Front Squats (105/155)
20 Boxjumps (20/24)
