A. & B. at Frederick Gym – 0745ish

A.) Snatch – work up to a heavy squat snatch (below the knees)

B.) Front Squat:
5 x 7, same weight across all sets

C.) (1145ish at the Fred):
“Sugar Daddy”
21-15-9
Deadlifts (155/225)
400m run after the 21, 15, and 9
