WOD for Tuesday, July 15th

A.) 0745 at the Fred:
Find 1RM Squat Clean in 15 mins. (Does NOT include warmup.  Make sure you’ve warmed up adequately, to include squat cleans – but be strict about the 15 minutes once you’ve started.)

B.) “Satan’s Whiskers”
3 RFT:
10 CTB Pullups
10 Front Squats (115/165)
10 Burpees

Post loads for A (including any misses) and time for B to comments.

  1. A) 286, failed at 308 (would have been PR) and ran out of time. Haven’t gone heavy for a while, so was happy.
    B) 8:20.
