WOD for Monday, August 4th

I hope everyone had a great weekend. 31 Heroes went really well – CrossFit 611 put on a great event, got to see lots of folks from the greater Fort Bragg CrossFit community, and got a great workout in for an even better cause. Pictures to come soon.

Now let’s get back to work. (Don’t forget, we’re at Tucker again today – Frederick is still closed.)
