If your schedule/time allows, you should at least do A, B, and C in one session today. Post when you’ll be doing it to comments.

A. Overhead Squat
work up to a heavy single

B. Snatch Balance
work up to a heavy single

C. Hang Squat Snatch
work up to a heavy single

D. Squats
3×3 Front Squats, across

E. Row
5x300m Row, 1 minute rest between rounds

Won’t be in for the morning session, but do hope to be at lunch.
