I won’t be able to make it in this morning – see you all at lunch.

A.) Work up to a heavy set of:
Power Snatch + Squat Snatch.  Take no longer than 10 minutes.

B.) Backsquat – 10 min EMOM, across.

C.) 3 RFT
60 Double-unders
30 Wallballs (14/20)
15 Deadlifts (175/245)

Post loads for A and B and time for C to comments
