I’ll be in for part A in the morning, but can’t make it to the lunchtime WOD. Post when YOU will be in to comments.

A.) (0745ish at the Fred)
Front Squat – 5 x 5

B.) (1145ish at the Fred)
Row
3 x 1000m, 3 minutes rest between each 1000m row; each 1000m is its own “Score”

Post loads for A and times for B to comments.

  1. First of all, I can’t wait to get back to bragg. Never thought I would say that.
    A. 265
    Last set I did 276 just to see if I could.
    B. There is only one rower in this gym so I had to share. Couldn’t do the prescribed workout. Instead did the following:
    7 deadlifts @ 276
    500m row
    7 HSPU
    Time was 18:10.
