I’m away on leave for the week, and won’t be in to coach or WOD at Frederick. I’ll continue to post WODs, and will answer questions in the comments section if anyone has any questions.

A. Morning Session (~0745)
Snatch
1. Snatch Grip Push Press, work up to a heavy single
2. OHS, work up to a heavy single
3. Snatch Balance, work up to a heavy single
4. Snatch, work up to a heavy single

B. Back Squat
6Ă—6, across

C. (Lunch) For Time
30-20-10-5 of:
C2B Pull ups
Thrusters, 95/65

If you have to skip any of the parts, skip B.

Post Loads for A and B and Time for C to comments.

  1. While I will be gone all week, I’ll answer any questions that I can if posted to the comments section. Remember…if you have a question about it, chances are someone else does too. (And there truly is NO such thing as a stupid question in CrossFit.)

    The other option is to Google the movements, search for them on YouTube, and/or check the mainsite (crossfit.com) for information. (On the mainsite, go to the FAQ section – lots of videos provided BY CROSSFIT on movements and how to do them.)
