As always, here’s the WOD for today – Frederick is open, but no coaching is offered. Go in and hit this one up….OR go in to one of the many local affiliates in the “Greater Fort Bragg Area.”

A. Clean
1 RM Squat Clean

B. 2 Rounds for time of:
20 Cal Row
20 Power Snatches, 75/55
20 Wall Balls, 20/14
20 C2B PUll ups

C. 5 Rounds for time of:
10 Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20″
150m Run
